Cancellation by Site / Customer
Stabaka will endeavour to deliver all orders on the day following the day on which the order is placed on the site. You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to 12 o’clock mid-night on the day on which the order was placed by emailing us at gachibowlifarm@stabaka.com. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order at the earliest. Our Customer Care personnel will mail you and request from you the bank account details to process the refund. The refund will be electronically transferred to your bank account.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
